PROCESS OF CONNECTING KUKA X11 CONNECTOR:

1. Take the wire that you want to connect with the x11 connector. Strip a small part (1 cm) from the end of the wire.
2. Put the pin on the stripped wire piece.
3. Now use a crimping tool or the nose plier to crimp them together.
4. Check if the pin is inserted on the wire fully. It should not get off when pressure is applied.
5. Apply the same process on the other side too.
6. You’ll have to create multiple wires with the same procedure so you can insert them in the holes available in the connector.
7. Open the plastic part of the x11 connector with the screwdriver.
8. Insert the wire pins created in step 4 in 1 and 2 terminals. Put the other pins in terminals 19 and 20.
9. You can insert the other pins according to the socket you want to create with your x11 connector.
