Wire connectors, the whole range
Wire Connectors: Every Gauge and Every Count We Make, at Live Prices
The crimp I made in March is green inside its shrink. Not again.
Solderstick™ Waterproof Solder Wire Connector Kit
Buy the big kit once: the 500 box is cheaper per piece than every other box here, it is the box that converts best from paid search, and these are splices that have to last.
See the full kit page- Thirty days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. We email the return label, so shipping it home costs you nothing.
- Free tracked shipping. US orders arrive in five to ten business days. In stock and shipping.
- They come with the heat shrink tube already on them. One heat pass solders and seals to IP67. No soldering iron, no crimp and tape.
I cut the old crimp open on the bench. Copper turned green inside dry shrink. Every box below seals the joint instead, the connections are solid, and the 500 box is cheaper per piece than any other box on the page.
Not sure which box? Pick by the job.
One repair, one weekend: a dead taillight, a trailer plug, a stereo harness, your first wiring project or your fiftieth.
The single-gauge 50 or the assorted 100. Makes the job so easy, and nothing left to store.
The truck, the boat or the RV: splices exposed to constant dunking in salt water, and you don't want to do this again in six months.
The assorted 250 or 500 box, sealed to IP67, every gauge from 26 to 10 AWG. One and done.
The shop: a bench that goes through connectors by the handful, with the wife's car, the boat and the brother-in-law's trailer all waiting on you.
Rather have it and not need it: the 500 box, the 540 case, or buy two boxes and get the third free.

Questions before you choose
Which gauge do I need?
Match the tubing color to the wire. White is 26 to 24 AWG, red is 22 to 16, blue is 16 to 14, yellow is 12 to 10. Strip the wire and slide it in; if it seats snug without forcing, that is your size. The assorted kits carry all four colors, so you never have to guess. If you learned to solder with an iron, this is the next evolution of that.
Do I need a heat gun?
A heat gun gives the cleanest, most even shrink. A hair dryer on high or the edge of a lighter flame works in a pinch. If you held the heat too long the tube scorches before the solder ring flows, so keep the heat moving and let it cool before you move the wire. Definitely easier than soldering with a solder gun.
Is the 500 box worth it over the 100?
Per splice, yes. It gets cheaper per piece with every box size, and the 500 is the lowest on this page. Every assorted box holds the same four gauges. Most owners who tried the cheap ones buy the bigger box on the second order.
Will these hold on a boat or a trailer?
The solder seal kits are rated IP67. The adhesive liner flows over the joint as the tubing shrinks, so water stays out. Bought these for boat trailer connections, exposed to constant dunking in salt water, is the review line we see most. Owners run them on bilge pumps, trailer lights and landscape lines.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We email the return label. Holds better than electric tape either way, so most boxes stay.
